The Western Conference’s five starters for the 2026 NBA All-Star Game have also been announced, selected by fans, players, and media. The lineup was revealed Monday on NBC before the MLK Day quadrupleheader matchup between Oklahoma City and Cleveland.

Nikola Jokić, Denver Nuggets

Despite a recent knee injury, the reigning MVP is once again putting up MVP-caliber numbers with 29.6 points, 12.2 rebounds, and 11 assists per game. Jokić remains a top candidate for this season’s MVP award and is expected to be ready for the All-Star Game.

Luka Dončić, Los Angeles Lakers

The top vote-getter among fans, Dončić is averaging 33.3 points, 8.6 assists, and 7.5 rebounds per game. He has been the driving force behind a top-10 Lakers offense and a top-six seed in the West. At 24, he is already considered one of the top three players in the world.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Oklahoma City Thunder

SGA continues to shine as one of the NBA’s best, averaging 31.8 points, 6.2 assists, and 4.4 rebounds. The reigning MVP and Finals MVP has scored 20+ points in 112 consecutive games and is leading the defending champions toward a 67-win pace despite recent stumbles.

Stephen Curry, Golden State Warriors

Even at 37, Curry remains a scoring threat with 27.6 points per game and 38.6% shooting from three. He is averaging 4.9 assists per game and will make his 12th All-Star Game appearance after finishing third in fan voting.

Victor Wembanyama, San Antonio Spurs

The Spurs big man edged out Minnesota’s Anthony Edwards for the final Western starting spot. Wembanyama has become a top player on both ends of the court in his third season, averaging 24.5 points, 10.9 rebounds, 2.8 blocks, and shooting 38.2% from three. He will be a key energy player in the new USA vs. World format.

Like their Eastern counterparts, the Western starters will later be assigned to the USA or World teams, with seven reserves from each conference to be announced by NBA coaches on February 1.
