Collin Sexton scored 30 points as the Chicago Bulls held off the Phoenix Suns 105–103 on Thursday night, earning their second win in three games after previously enduring an 11-game losing streak.

Phoenix mounted a late rally after trailing by 12 with under six minutes remaining. Devin Booker drained a 3-pointer with 23 seconds left to cut the deficit to 104–103, bringing the Suns within one possession.

Jalen Green then had a chance to give Phoenix its first lead of the game, but his running layup attempt missed. On the ensuing sequence, Amir Coffey fouled Nick Richards with 4.1 seconds remaining. Richards made the first free throw and missed the second, and a scramble for the rebound allowed the clock to expire, sealing the victory for Chicago.

Tre Jones added 21 points and Guerschon Yabusele scored 16 for the Bulls, who opened a five-game road trip with the win. Chicago played without Matas Buzelis and Josh Giddey after both suffered ankle injuries in a home loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder earlier in the week.

Booker led Phoenix with 27 points in just his second game back after missing four contests with a right hip injury. Grayson Allen added 21 points, while Green struggled to find his rhythm, finishing with 12 points on 5-of-20 shooting and going 1-for-8 from 3-point range.

The Suns, who entered the night seventh in the Western Conference, had won two straight before the loss. Phoenix was also without Dillon Brooks, who is sidelined with a fractured left hand.

Up next: The Bulls continue their trip Saturday night against the Sacramento Kings, while the Suns return home to host the New Orleans Pelicans on Friday night.
