Brandon Miller scored 21 points and grabbed eight rebounds, while LaMelo Ball poured in 12 of his 14 points in the fourth quarter to help the Charlotte Hornets overcome a 19-point deficit and defeat the Portland Trail Blazers 103–101 on Tuesday night.

Kon Knueppel added 15 points and five rebounds, and Ryan Kalkbrenner contributed 13 points and six boards off the bench as Charlotte improved to .500 at 33–33. The Hornets trailed 43–24 in the second quarter but tightened their defense in the fourth, holding Portland to just 19 points to secure the comeback win.

Jerami Grant led Portland with 24 points on 7-of-10 shooting. Deni Avdija scored 22, and Scoot Henderson added 14 points off the bench. Toumani Camara and Donovan Clingan each finished with 11 points. The Trail Blazers controlled much of the first half, holding a nine-point lead at halftime, but a cold shooting stretch and late miscues allowed Charlotte to rally.
