Jazz Bounce Back Behind George’s Big Night

Utah 123, Cleveland 112

Keyonte George scored 32 points and poured in 16 during a pivotal third quarter as the Utah Jazz rebounded from a historic loss to beat the Cleveland Cavaliers. Lauri Markkanen added 28 points and 12 rebounds, while Jusuf Nurkić returned from injury with 11 points and 17 boards.

Utah erased a 10-point deficit in the third and pulled away late, winning for just the second time in eight games. Darius Garland led Cleveland with 23 points, and Donovan Mitchell scored 21 as the Cavaliers dropped two of three.

Siakam Delivers Late as Pacers Stun Celtics

Indiana 98, Boston 96

Pascal Siakam scored 21 points and hit the game-winning bank shot with 6.1 seconds left as the Pacers edged the Celtics for their first three-game winning streak of the season. Jay Huff added 20 points, including four 3-pointers, for Indiana.

Derrick White tied the game late for Boston but missed a potential game-winner. Payton Pritchard led the Celtics with 23 points as Boston played without Jaylen Brown in the opener of a four-game road trip.

76ers Explode Early, Rout Raptors

Philadelphia 115, Toronto 102

Tyrese Maxey scored 33 points and Joel Embiid added 27 as the 76ers erupted for 80 first-half points to overwhelm the Raptors. Philadelphia shot 27-for-37 from the field and 13-for-20 from deep in the opening half.

The Sixers led by as many as 33 points and bounced back from an overtime loss to Toronto the night before. Immanuel Quickley led the Raptors with 18 points, while Scottie Barnes scored 15 a day after being named Eastern Conference Player of the Week.

Flagg, Marshall Lift Shorthanded Mavs

Dallas 113, Brooklyn 105

Cooper Flagg scored 27 points and matched a season high with three steals, while Naji Marshall scored 22 and delivered three straight baskets late as the depleted Mavericks beat the Nets.

Klay Thompson added 18 points off the bench with six 3-pointers for Dallas, which snapped a two-game skid despite missing multiple starters. Michael Porter Jr. scored 28 for Brooklyn, which lost its fourth straight game.

Kings Pull Away from Lakers at Home

Sacramento 124, Los Angeles Lakers 112

Malik Monk drilled seven 3-pointers and scored 26 points as the Kings beat the Lakers at home for the first time since March 2024. DeMar DeRozan led Sacramento with 32 points and six assists, and Russell Westbrook added 22 points.

Luka Dončić scored 42 points for the Lakers — his seventh 40-point game of the season — while LeBron James finished with 22. Sacramento used a dominant third quarter to pull away and snap a two-game skid against Los Angeles.

Leonard, Harden Power Clippers Late

LA Clippers 117, Charlotte 109

Kawhi Leonard scored 35 points and James Harden added 32, passing Shaquille O’Neal for ninth on the NBA’s all-time scoring list, as the Clippers beat the Hornets for their fourth win in five games.

After Charlotte briefly took a late lead, Harden scored eight points during a decisive 15-1 run. LaMelo Ball led the Hornets with 25 points and nine rebounds, but Charlotte couldn’t keep pace down the stretch.
