Zane Gonzalez played a pivotal role in the Atlanta Falcons’ 19-17 win over the New Orleans Saints, accounting for 13 of the team’s points in the season finale. Gonzalez was perfect on the day, converting all four of his field-goal attempts along with an extra point.
His field goals came from 40, 51 and 38 yards, with the 38-yard kick converted twice. The performance helped Atlanta secure its fourth straight win to close the season.
Gonzalez’s steady production earned him the fourth Player of the Week award of his career, rewarding his clutch performance in a rivalry matchup to end the year.
